Job title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist
Salary: £17.00 - £20.00 ltd per hour depending on experience
Hours: Work patterns on a rota bassis Monday to Fridays based on 3 long days
Location: Liverpool

Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking to utilise your skills in a role that truly challenges you? Are you wanting to build and expand your Physiotherapy career? Perhaps you are bored of the day to day drudgery of your current role and you're looking for a new opportunity.

As a community Physiotherapist, you'll be providing intermediate care, assessments and treatments to patients in their own homes or in intermediate care beds to avoid inappropriate hospital admission or facilitate hospital discharge.

In this role no two days are the same, in a lot of cases you will be the only point of care for vulnerable patients. You'll need to take pride in providing high quality patient care but you'll be able to count on a supportive team who'll treat you like one of the family.

Please note, the ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience of intermediate care and working within the community.

What we want from you:

* HCPC Registration.

* Previous experience as a band 6 Physiotherapist within an NHS setting.
*
* Experience of intermediate care and working within the community.
