Band 6 Physiotherapist - Discharge

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 6 discharge physiotherapist to work in Carshalton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy practices and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum physiotherapist job is £23.35 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the physiotherapist:
- Analysing and interpreting complex information from the results of assessments.
- Working with clients to identify their goals and developing individualised treatment plans.
- Monitoring and evaluating treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of the intervention.

Requirements:
All applicants must have a relevant qualification in physiotherapy and be professionally registered on the HCPC. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role. Must have experience working within a fast paced discharge environment.
