This mixed  practice are looking to recruit for an associate to work on a part basis, working any 2-3 days per week from Monday to Friday. Starting ASAP

Hours of work TBC

This practice is a rapidly expanding with aspirations to make high quality NHS and private dentistry, accessible and affordable. With ambitious plans for developing, evolving and improving each year.

There is an established list to take over from .Offering 4000 UDAs plus Private potential. Practice will pay £10-11 per UDA, Will also offer Golden Hello up to £5000.00 (Terms apply)

Candidate will only be accepted for this role if they supply their CV and the following in date Documents:

Qualification Certificate    
Occupational Health/Hep B –(Must be within the last 5 years)    
GDC Certificate –                    (Must be within the last year)    
Indemnity Certificate –             (Must be within the last year)    
Radiography Certificate –        (Must be within the last 5 years)        
CPR –                                      (Must be within the last year)    
Infection Control -                    (Must be within the last year)
CRB –                                     (Must be within the last 3 years)    
2 Forms of ID –                        (Passport and either your birth certificate or ID card)
2 References –                        (1 from last practice worked at)    
Safeguarding -                         (Must be within the last year)
