Prison Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated prison RMN to fill a full time role in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and prison services.

The pay rate for this prison RMN job is £24 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is a 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the prison RMN:
- Planning and delivering care
- Supporting prisoners who have substance misuse problems
- Providing offenders with advice and support
- Assessing, identifying and meeting the prisoners' needs

Requirements of the prison RMN:
- Degree or equivalent in mental health nursing (RMN trained)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Be willing to undertake a DBS check (previously CRB)
- Have at least 2 years post qualification experience
- Prison clearance is desirable
