Band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 6 neuro rehab occupational therapist to work in Chertsey. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of occupational therapies practices and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum occupational therapist job is £24 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the occupational therapist:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual occupational therapist intervention to patients living in the community
- Coordinating intervention for designated clients acting as their case manager whilst they are receiving input from the service

Requirements:
All applicants must have a relevant qualification in occupational therapy and be professionally registered on the HCPC. You must have at least 2 years' recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
