The Role

This vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to join our exceptionally successful Medical and Mind division. The division is already a market leader in London and is looking to expand to become the 'go to' agency for the whole of the UK.

You will be responsible for a variety of key areas that will improve the company on a day to day basis as well as in the long term. Your performance in the business will be vital in order to ensure that we continuously progress in our performance and not only achieve our targets, but succeed them.

You will be someone that has good management skills, a high level to train/upskill individuals, believes in a good structure and has the ability to build strong relationships. Training and coaching will be a very important focus of your position along with strategy design and KPI reporting. Because of the nature of this role if the successful individual has strength in area that they believe could be vital to the business, responsibilities can be adapted to suit this.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* KPI & Target monitoring
* Desk coaching
* New starter set up and training
* BD Strategy - designing and implementing
* Compliance management and reporting
* Reporting
* Running incentives and competitions
* Age debt & invoicing
* Leading 121s with Sales Managers
* Managing and motivating people

The above are the main roles and responsibilities, but there will be additions responsibilities with this position as the position and the successful candidates progresses upwards in the company.
