Clinical Nurse Manager (CNMII), Oncology Day Ward, Hospital, Dublin
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a private hospital in West Dublin are recruiting for a CNMII for their Oncology Day Ward.
The hospital is supported by the latest medical technology and provides medical, surgical and advanced radiotherapy care. The hospital has the most advanced diagnostic imaging equipment available with full Cardiological facilities and operates from state-of-the-art facilities in spacious, landscaped green surroundings.
As CNMII you will be a key member of the front line management team; demonstrating managerial and leadership skills to facilitate effective communication with colleagues in the hospital.
You will:
• Be responsible for the maintenance of a high standard of patient care, acting as an expert practitioner, participating in the formation and deliverance of organisational objectives.
• Develop and manage all oncology staff and services in line with development plans.
• Ensure all appropriate liaison services are delivered from within the current team resources.
• Ensure open and regular communication is maintained with the multidisciplinary teams within the hospital, especially with regard to the deliverance of quality Oncology Nursing care.

To be considered you must have:
• General registration with the NMBI.
• A minimum of five years recent and relevant nursing experience in an acute hospital setting; this must include experience in Oncology nursing.
• A recognised post-registration course in Oncology nursing (or equivalent) or be currently in pursuance of same.
• Risk management and clinical auditing skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
