PE Global Healthcare requires a Scheduling and Tracking Coordinator for one of the largest hospital groups in Qatar.
To work within the Scheduling & Tracking Office (STO) and have day to day responsibility for the implementation and delivery of systems to effectively track patients on a surgical waiting list, ensuring access to services is equitable for all patients and within national and local polices and guidance. This will involve working closely with surgeons and their secretaries along with providing information to all stakeholders within the surgical patient pathway.
The scheduling & tracking office ensures all theatre sessions for inpatients and day cases, including waiting list initiatives and ensuring the sessions are utilised effectively and efficiently.
Essential Education: BA/BSc/Equivalent Higher Diploma
Preferred Education: Clinical Nursing background
Essential Experience: 2-3 years experiences in healthcare
Preferred Experience: Experience in computerized booking, scheduling processes
Language skills: Bilingual preferred - English & Arabic.
