Position: Pre- Assessment Nurse -Outpatients - Nottingham

Salary - Up to £28k DOE
Hours - Full Time

Pulse is currently working alongside the UK's leading private healthcare organisations that are looking to recruit a Pres-Assessment Nurse to join their busy Outpatients Department at a Private Hospital in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to continue exceed performance expectations, exemplary customer service and first rate patient care.

If you are a registered nurse with experience in pre-assessment or looking to develop your skills or just looking for a move in to Outpatients then this is the role for you.

As a Pre-Assessment Nurse you will be able to demonstrate:-
* Experience within an acute surgical/medical environment
* Previous experience in an outpatient or pre-assessment role would be desirable, but is not essential as full training will be given
* Phlebotomy skills will also be beneficial but, again, full training will be given if necessary
* A good general education with GCSE level (or equivalent) qualifications Grades A-C
* An understanding of relevant clinical governance standards
* Excellent communication skills
* A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment but independently when required

Qualifications / Key criteria:
* Registered nursing qualification
* Registered with the NMC/HCPC
* A good general education with GCSE level (or equivalent) qualifications Grades A-C
* Evidence of professional registration and on-going CPD
* An understanding of relevant clinical governance standards
* Excellent communication skills
* A good knowledge of IT
