Salary - Up to £33,000
Hours - Full Time - 37.5 Hrs

My client is looking for a highly skilled Paediatric or dual qualified (RGN/RCN) Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you went into nursing to use your skills and expertise to help people through difficult times, you'll find this role both motivating as my client trust their nurses to use their own judgment and knowledge and give them the time to care. To fully understand each patients and their family's needs and provide the focus and attention that can mean so much. In short, delivering the type of care that comes naturally to a talented nurse.

About this role -
Reporting to the Ward Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team with matron-led care and consultant-led service. This role will give you opportunities to experience a wide range of cases across a variety of specialties and to work with leading practitioners, experiencing new techniques, equipment and facilities, all of which are maintained to our high standards.

The role will be varied, not only providing nursing on the ward but supervising clinics and carrying out pre-assessments. As an experienced professional, you'll also support junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet their development needs.

Qualifications, skills and values -
As a nurse registered Paediatric or dual qualified (RGN/RCN) Nurse, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience within a surgical ward setting (PILS or ALS is desirable).

* You'll be an excellent communicator and team worker - flexible and motivated.
* As part of the hospital team, you'll interact with practitioners from other departments because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.
