This role will give you the opportunity to enhance your skills, update your knowledge, complete complex and specialist training and gain more experience while working for one of our varied client groups.

Working with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing gives you the opportunity to work with a company not an agency. We will give you an employment contract to allow you to gain credit. We will also dedicate an office staff member to be your support line as well as a 24 hour on call worker to help if you need.

Our 5 point recruitment process includes a face to face interview, 3 year referencing, DBS check, in house training and 6 month probation during your shifts and supervisions.

We endeavour to look after all of our workers with daily communication, regular training, 3 monthly supervisions and annual appraisals.

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for keen enthusiastic workers to care for individuals in their own home.

This position is a complex position supporting on days and nights.

We are looking for experienced Complex Care Workers with a clinical background and experience working with challenging behaviour.

Please Note that this is not a domiciliary pop in job.

Night shifts are for 10-12 hours per night and days can be from 8+ hours.

The individuals we support are aged 14+ and need constant care and supervision.

You must be hardworking, dedicated, honest, experienced and strong to be able to work in these environments.

Rotas are done on a monthly basis and all specific training is provided.

All applicants will have to be experience of 6 months or more. You must complete all mandatory training and have satisfactory references and DBS.

Once working for Sugarman health and Wellbeing you will have the opportunity to develop and grow with new qualifications, support routes in place with a dedicated team of complex workers and coordinators.

Car driver is an advantage to this role due to the start and finish times.
