This mixed Dental Practice is looking to recruit for a Locum Dental Associate to start as soon as possible.

This position is to start as soon as possible, to work on an on-going basis, till further notice (7 days notice required from either party, when departing)

Working days are from Monday- Friday and the working hours are to be confirmed

Candidates will be paid £500 day rate for 30 UDA's on offer per day. The practice will also pay £10 per UDA for over/under achieving the UDA target.

All private work will be split on a 50% basis.

About the Practice :                                                    
In addition to NHS, the practice also offer check ups, routine work and maintaining general oral health ,as well as offering a range of cosmetic treatments such as whitening, veneers and hygienist cleans.                                                
Candidates need to be fully qualified and GDC registered with an active performer number and UK experience

Candidate will only be accepted for this role if they supply their CV and the following 5 Golden in date Documents:            
            
            
Occupational Health/Hep B –(Must be within the last 5 years)            
GDC Certificate –                    (Must be within the last year)            
Indemnity Certificate –             (Must be within the last year)            
DBS –                                     (Must be within the last 3 years)                    
2 References –                        (1 from last practice worked at)
