Medacs Healthcare currently have exciting opportunities for a Band 6/7 Pharmacists to work within an NHS role in the Surrey area.

The Band 6/7 Pharmacists will be working in a clinical role, assessing the status of the patient's health problems and determine whether the prescribed medications are optimally meeting the patient's needs and goals of care, evaluating the appropriateness and effectiveness of the patient's medications and recognizing untreated health problems that could be improved or resolved with appropriate medication therapy.

This position is for an on going contract with the possibility of extension and the rate of pay will be between £19.00 - £25.00 per hour depending on experience.

*GPHC Registration
*NHS experience
*At least 2-3 years clinical experience
