Medacs Healthcare currently have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work within the Wokingham area.

This role includes visiting patients within the Wokingham community providing a high standard of clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatments, discharging and providing management of long-term conditions. The Band 6 Community Physiotherapist will provide intermediate care and will help promote and maintain general health, prevent disease, enable patients to remain mobile and return to work.

This position involves 7 days working within a shift pattern across an integerated health and social team and the pay rate will be between £18.00 - £22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:
*Full HCPC registration
*Physiotherapy degree
*At least 1 years experience in Physiotherapy working within a community role
*A valid driving licence and own transport
