We are currently welcoming applications from suitably qualified and experienced ICU Nurse seeking a challenging and exciting opportunity with one of the leading healthcare providers in Dubai.

Hospital Profile

A capacity of 187 beds with state-of-the-art facilities providing a broad range of specialized services, the facility has been built with the latest advanced technology; our ambulance services are highly equipped with accreditation from DCAS (Dubai Cooperation for Ambulance Service) and RTA Level 5, which facilitates Adult, Paediatric & Neonatal emergencies including patient transfer to and from our hospital.

The medical and nursing teams have immense experience in their respective specialty; all the doctors have global recognition and accreditations. And each team member believes in empathetic listening and performing their actions accordingly.

The purpose of this role is to provide nursing leadership and operational management to the emergency department. The post holder is responsible for ensuring the emergency department areas deliver the highest standard of clinical care to patients and their relatives taking into account national standards and statutory requirements and the professional accountability of staff.


Candidates must meet the following:

* Registered Nurse with Bachelor Degree
* Minimum of 3 years of post qualification nursing experience, the majority of which should have been obtained in an Intensive Care
* High level of professional knowledge and skills
* Well developed operational management skills and a supportive visible leadership style
* Good interpersonal skills essential
* Ability to work in partnership with others
