Medacs Healthcare are looking to recruit, experienced care workers with a minimum of NVQ/QCF level 2 or above to join our ever expanding team of professional, caring, committed individuals who's aim is to assist our service users regain some/all of their independence and to allow them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Our Service Users will be with us for only a short period of time, usually, up to 3 weeks and during that time, your role will be to support with day to day tasks but also to observe, record and report your findings back to your Care Co-Ordinator and Service Quality Assessor on a daily/weekly basis with a view to hopefully, reducing or possibly eliminating their need for care altogether!

In addition, you will be required to deliver homecare services to some of our Service User's in the same areas to ensure a streamline rota for you and a safe and quality service to our clients.

Medacs Healthcare are one of the only care providers to now pay BLOCK SHIFT PAYMENTS, to deliver re-enablement support to the elderly in and around the Trafford area, predominantly, Sale and Stretford.

Shift patterns are:

07.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 22.00.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 x shifts per week and all our Care staff are required to work alternate weekends.

THIS IS A MOBILE ROLE, THEREFORE, A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND UNRESTRICTED ACCESS TO A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
