Dental Software Sales and Account Manager, London based
Medicruit are sourcing a Dental Software Sales and Account Manager for a dental software company based in London
The role involves working closely with the Managing Director across all areas of the business. The primary focus will be on customer relations and sales; requiring someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a video conference call. The company is a relatively young start up and hence offers the right individual a lot of possibilities for professional growth, and the ability to help shape the role going forward. This role would suit someone who has experience in the dental software industry in sales and/or account management but it is important the applicant is IT proficient.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Sales - from cold calling to speaking with existing clients.
• Managing and responding to daily support emails.
• Managing the customer service offering.
• Managing development work flow by liaising with software development third party supplier when issues arise and resolving effectively and efficiently.
• Management of marketing campaigns; follow-up calls after marketing campaigns to arrange demonstrations of platform.
Skills and Experience required
• Sales, preferably in an IT environment
• Dental industry experience
• Strong team-working skills
• Sound communications skills
• Client relationship management
• General admin
Salary: £18,000+ depending on experience
