Pulse Community Healthcare is eagerly recruiting for experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistants within the Staffordshire area, to meet the demand for our high quality complex care provision.
The work is not domiciliary; you would be working with a designated child for the duration of your shift and be supporting the client and family on a regular basis within their home environment. This is an extremely rewarding role, where you can make a real contribution to improving the lives of others, whilst feeling valued and supported.
What we can offer you:
• Long day shifts or waking nights which can be worked flexibly on a full or part time basis
• Regular supervisions, guidance and annual appraisal
Our Ideal Candidate:
• A minimum of 6 months paid experience
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and following care plans
