Assistant Executive Director Business Development

PE Global is currently recruiting an Assistant Executive Director - Business Development.

Managerially accountable to the Hospital Executive Director this role is responsible for monitoring and improving hospital performance, modernization and service improvement, co-coordinating the annual budget process, and assisting in the development of the overall site Facilities Master Plan. All hospitals within the organization are JCI accredited. The position of Assistant Executive Director Business Development is an evolving post and the duties and responsibilities may change as the posts develop according to service needs. The post holder will be expected to participate in the Hospital on call rotation.

· Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or healthcare admin, finance or equivalent for related discipline.

Preferred: Higher degree Professional/Health/IT/Finance Qualification

· Experience:

Minimum: Significant Public/Private industry experience including working at Senior Management level. Leading change projects. Working knowledge of modernization/service improvement. Managing complex financial arrangements including budget setting.
Preferred: Acute Hospital environment
