PE Global Healthcare requires Registered Respiratory Therapy Clinical Practice Supervisor
for one of the largest hospital groups in Qatar.
The Registered Respiratory Therapist Clinical Practice Leader assumes responsibility as the Team Leader in clinical direction for groups of Respiratory Therapists and Registered Respiratory Therapist assigned to various specialty areas within the Hospital. In collaboration with Senior Registered Respiratory Therapy Educator, the Registered Respiratory Therapist Clinical Practice Leader monitors Respiratory Therapy staff compliance to attain excellence in cardio-respiratory practice through development and implementation of educational programs. The Registered Respiratory Therapist Clinical Practice Leader provides expert consultation to team members to establish family-centered care to patients of all ages; including: assessing the cardio-respiratory needs of patients and providing diagnostic, therapeutic, educational and clinical support in the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with cardio-respiratory compromise. The Registered Respiratory Therapist Clinical Practice Leader works closely with the Senior Registered Respiratory Therapy Educator to ensure common goals regarding cardio-respiratory practice, education and research are achieved.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Minimum Education:
3 yrs Diploma from Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent
3-5 years acute care, specialty, subspecialty or other relevant experience preferred. Working knowledge of performance improvement process and international standards.
5-7 years experience in the field of Respiratory Therapy.
