PE Global Healthcare requires a Corporate Rehab services coordinator for one of the largest hospital groups in Qatar.

The project/Rehabilitation Coordinator develops, coordinate, evaluate and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs to ensure quality of standards within the organization. Manage the directions and activities through team leadership and training of project application initiatives. Work directly with heads to effectively determine opportunities for improving services and a commitment to outcome measures.

• Ensures and monitors compliance of the organizations policies and procedures in all departments of Rehabilitation Services ? Work closely with key individuals of rehabilitation departments, Quality Assurance, Material management, research and statistic sections to ensure standards of practice. ? Ensure quality and adherence to best practice standards in alignment of scope of practice and scope of service applicable to laws and regulations and accreditation standards. ? Assist in developing reviewing and disseminating policies, guidelines, protocols and procedures of rehabilitation services.

Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in Physiotherapy/ Occupational therapy/Speech therapy from a nationally approved curriculum of study.


Minimum: 10 years of clinical experience and 2 years of management of clinical area experience in rehabilitation services.
