Pulse has a client who has the opportunity for a Positive behaviour support practitioner to join their team permanently.
The post holder will be required to deliver high quality Positive Behaviour support for young adults with autism to enable them to pursue their ambitions and live as independently as possible.
You will be required to support the Young people in all day to day and social activities in a range of environments including FE College, home, community, supported living, work and leisure contexts.
The role will include working with a 17 year old boy in the Wirral, who is supported in school and at home as well as leisure and work in his local community, as well as a 21 year old young man who accesses behaviour support, in college, 2 work placements, home community for Daily living skills and leisure.
About you.
You will have
Five GCSE'S or Equivalent.
Relevant Diploma level Training or equivalent in service training or Degree
Interest and knowledge of Autism
Be IT Literate
Must be willing to be flexible with working hours .
Must be active with a keen interest in sport and leisure activities

A Salary of 16575 to 17979
28 days paid holiday
5% to 7.5% additional pay for unsocial hours
Training in Applied Behaviour Analysis ABA and positive behaviour support
