Pulse is currnetly working with a private healthcare provider who is looking for a Lead OT to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The service provides high quality treatment for patients suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and addictions, alongside longer term care for degenerative disorders such as early on-set dementia or other types of brain injury. You will be repsonsible for line managing a team of two OT's and four OTA's.

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent in OT and must be HCPC registered. Candidates should have several years of experience in a variety of mental health environents and must show an orientation to providing the highest quality care. Any previous management expeirence would be beneficial but is not a requirement for the post.
