We are searching for a well-rounded locum Elderly Medicine (SHO) doctor based at a prestigious hospital within Derby.

To be successful for this medical job, you are MUST have a minimum of 6 months UK NHS experience.

You will be expected to start ASAP and work until the end of November. You will need to complete a Full Time weekly rota. To cover FEAT (Frail Elderly Assessment Team) based on MAU.

You must be prepared:

-To deal with the potential of grieve.
-Expertise in comprehensive geriatric assessment.
-Focusing on the effect of an illness on functional ability.
-Positive interaction with insight in order to identify principal problems resulting in deterioration in health of the individual.
-Recognition that small gains in functional status can lead to major improvements in quality of life and well-being.
To qualify for medical jobs you must have:

Degree in Medicine / Surgery
Specialist experience in Elderly Medicine
A minimum 6 month's UK NHS experience
Valid GMC registration
Current CRB/DBS

Salary Rates are negotiable and competitive for this role
