Position: Clinical Nurse Manager 1
Location: Various locations including South Dublin, North Dublin and Kildare
Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: Depending on Experience (HSE Payscale)
Availability: ASAP

I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search of a Clinical Nurse manager 1. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then this could be the right opportunity for you.

You will work alongside another CNM1, CNM2, and a DON, and be supported by a team of experienced Nurses. The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursing management, and continuous professional development in the area of responsibility

Your profile:

* You will have a third level Nursing qualifications, i.e. BSc in Nursing or equivalent (ideally RGN)
* You will be actively registered with NMBI
* You will have min of 5 years post graduation experience
* You will have a min of 1 years experience at CNM level or 2+ years at Senior Staff Nurse level.
* You will possess strong communication skills and a work ethic.
* You will be able to work on your own initiative with good leadership skills.
