As the Person in Charge (PIC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and progress of young and elderly individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Provide strategic leadership and maintain high care standards.
* Promote a person-centered culture and inspire our dedicated team..
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals for enriching care plans.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
* Foster independence and social engagement.
* Advocate for residents' rights and dignity.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

* Third level management qualifications.
* BA Social Studies or Nursing Degree
* 3+ years of nursing management experience.
* Passion for empowering people with intellectual disabilities
* Ability to lead and prioritize individualized care.
