**LOCUM ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY**

Located in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7.

Mondays 08:00-20:00
Tuesdays 08:00-14:00, 14:00-20:00, 08:00-20:00
Wednesdays 08:00-20:00
Thursdays 08:00-14:00, 08:00-20:00
Fridays 08:00-18:00
Saturdays 08:00-18:00

This is a mixed practice, consisting of 7 surgeries. Equipped practice with Xray facilities, CBCT scanner. Fully computerised using Software of Excellence

Pay:
• £350 fixed for 6-hour shift to deliver 22 UDAs
• £400 fixed for a 7-hour shift to deliver 25 UDAs
• £500 fixed for an 8-hour shift to deliver 30 UDAs
• £525 fixed for a 9-hour shift to deliver 33 UDAs
• £550 fixed for a 10-hour shift to deliver 35 UDAs
• £650 fixed for a 11-hour shift to deliver 40 UDAs
• Locums will be paid for any overperformed UDAs at £16.00 per UDA rate. For example, if a Locum agrees to £400 for a 7-hour shift and they deliver 28 UDAs, they would be paid £448 (i.e. £400 + 3*£16).
