PRACTICE MANAGER/MANCHESTER (M25)

This busy private practice located in Manchester is looking for a full time practice manager to join their team.

Start date: ASAP

Days and hours of work; Monday to Friday (8-5 Monday,Wednesday, Thursdaty; 8-7 Tuesday; 8-3 Friday)

Salary on offer: from £32,000 (dependent on experience and will be discussed further at interview stage.

You will have motivation and drive to make the role your own and successful. You will have first class interpersonal skills to recruit, manage lead & develop a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients. You will be committed to growing the practice and have direct working experience of effective use of social media.

Candidates should ideally have at least 3-4 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager and must be a strong leader who has previously managed a team. Ideally GDC registered up to date with CPD and have evidence of required inoculation

Responsibilities:
● day to day running of the practice
● All aspects of HR (recruitment, rotas, staff appraisals and inductions.)

Social Media:
● writing social media posts and captions and contributing to updating social media pages;
● responding to customer feedback and directing positive customer feedback to Google reviews;
● contributing towards creating social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences;
● creating graphic and visual content for dissemination on social media;
● analysing social media numbers regularly;
● preparing periodic reports for review on request by proprietors.

This is a fully private practice consisting of 5 surgeries, using R4, Digital X-Ray on site.
