Pharmacist Manager Job

A great opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to join and manage a friendly and hard working team in Rotherham.

A community pharmacy is looking for a GPhC registered pharmacist to join and manage their team on a full time basis (can be 4 or 5 days). The pharmacy is well staffed and there is lots of support available. This is a Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm role, no weekend work. The pharmacy has a relatively low script volume so is steady paced. Key Duties

* Work as part of/manage a team to ensure the store runs safely and effectively.
* Provide line management to the support staff.
* Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
* Have great communication skills and the ability to build working relationships.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
