Audiologist Role, Flitwick/Northwood/Uxbridge/Gerrards Cross

Independent Audiologist/RHAD role, Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, clinic based, mid week only, full and part time considered, negotiable basic c.£40,000-55,000+ DOE plus bonus with OTE £60,000

This an exciting new exclusive position offering high levels of professional freedom with choice of all leading aid manufacturers and opportunity to work with an established passionately independent and future focussed service provider of choice.

The role is practice base working multi-site with exact itinerary negotiable but likely to include a mixture of the three or four beautifully presented practices all within c.30-45 minutes commute if based in or near Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire.

An excellent role for a conscientious patient care centred Audiologist/RHAD offering generous FULLY NEGOTIABLE salary with the successful applicant also benefiting from a lucrative sales incentive scheme enabling personal OTE £50-60,000+ DOE.

NB, Our client is looking for patient centred professionals and focus more on levels of client satisfaction than any sales targets. Max OTE is likely to be around £60,000 with a higher basic and smaller emphasis on bonus c.£4,000/5,000.

Full or part time 3-5 days considered, you will work practice based covering c.3/4 highly regarded and exceptionally well managed clinics.

NB, Extended consultant times provided c.75 minutes with additional time for fittings and separate initial consultations alongside flexible times for after-care again all of which is designed to ensure maximum levels of client satisfaction!

Key Duties

* Offer the highest levels client care to a fully private client base offering informed recommendations with choice of all leading aid manufacturers without restriction!
* Multi site role but only very limited requirements to move kit between sites just main testing and wax equipment etc
* Have freedom to manage own diary with excellent support from an experienced and diligent like minded group of fellow professionals
* Principally working Monday to Friday 9am-530pm with one hour lunch break
* Opportunity to offer micro-suction with additional training offered in endoscopic removal
* Thorough battery of services offered including speech noise, tympanometry, REMs and all provided within beautifully well maintained consultations rooms
