Pharmacy Manager, Ormskirk

Fantastic opportunity in Ormskirk for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a successful group of community pharmacies, and bring more clinical services to the community. Must be a qualified Pharmacist.

Based on a pleasant highstreet with amenities, this modern Pharmacy is easily commutable from Liverpool and Wigan.
Currently staffed with an established support team , the Pharmacy Manager will be required to oversee the daily running of the branch and will be service-driven..

This Pharmacy has a vision to bring more clinics and services into community Pharmacy, including diagnosing and prescribing.

*IP preferred but training will be given. DMP contacts already in place*
**Minimum 4 days p/w required from 9am - 9pm** More hours available if desired.

Key Duties

* NHS Services
* Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient
* Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient
* Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the pharmacy
* Offering advice on dosages, side effects and other aspects of drug interaction

Package and Benefits

* Up to £74,880p/a for 4 days - £93,600p/a for 5 days (Depending on experience and qualifications)
* Performance related bonus

* 5 weeks holiday + BH

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Qualified Pharmacist
* MPHARM graduate
* Registered with the GPHC
