Salaried GP Opportunity, Aldershot

The practice is able to offer anywhere between 4 and 8 sessions week and are flexible on working days. The incoming GP would be joining a stable and strong team of existing Partners and Salaried GP's. Extensive support is on offer for both newly qualified GP's or for more experienced GPs wishing to develop interest areas or get involved in training resulting in an environment where GPs of any experience can thrive. The surgery has a highly trained and diverse range of clinical and clerical support staff in place meaning the GPs have a fair and well managed workload and the flexibility on session start and finish times ensures they have a healthy work life balance.

Key Duties

* Salaried GP
* Aldershot
* 4 to 8 sessions available
* Training practice
* Well managed workload of 12-15 consultations per session
* Clinical support staff including ANP's, Nurses, Pharmacists, Paramedics, HCA's and Physician Associates
* Excellent admin support staff relieving the GPs of clerical burden
* Emis Web
* Excellent facility with onsite parking
* Support on offer to develop interest areas
* Support for newly qualified GP's

Package and Benefits

* £10,000 to £12,000 per session per annum depending on experience and skill set
* Indemnity covered
* 6 weeks annual leave
* 1-week CPD leave

* Contract in line with BMA model contract

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
