**Robust induction period (NQ'ds well supported) and any further necessary training provided**
*Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience*
**IP support available**

Key Duties

* Manage the day to day duties of the pharmacy
* Looking for someone to work 45 hours per week
* Manager role ideally have the relevant experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Experience of working in a community pharmacy
* Ideally have experience of leading a team
* Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets
* Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
* Experience of coaching and developing people
