Salaried GP Role, North Shields

Salaried GP opportunity with a training practice located in North Shields, paying up to £10,500 per session, manageable workload

We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP for a fantastic training practice located in North Shields. The practice is renowned for providing high quality patient care to the community for over 90 years. The practice has won several awards over the years in recognition of their work and they continue to develop as a practice. As they are a training practice there is a strong emphasis on training and development of clinicians and specialist interests are encouraged. You will be working in purpose built premises, providing an excellent working environment. The workload for GPs is very manageable and they have a large team of GPs and Nurses, as well as Allied Health professionals including Pharmacists and Physician Associates.

Key Duties

* 4-8 sessions a week available, very flexible on days
* Large training practice in purpose built premises
* Lots of GPs and other clinicians for support, including Nurses, Pharmacists and Physician Associates
* Very manageable workload with very little, if any home visits
* No extended hours requirements
* Training and development strongly encouraged
* GMS contract
* EMIS Web practice software

Package and Benefits

* £10,000-£10,500 per session per annum
* Indemnity paid in addition to salary
* 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Must have eligibility to work in the UK
* Full, valid GMC registration
* Registered on the NHS Performers List
