£55,000-£60,000

Key Duties

Managing this extremely well established village community pharmacy, where you will be expected to maintain the solid relationships with several on site surgeries.
Working patterns will either be 4.5 days or 5.5 days
Engage the staff team by offering guidance and instruction so they all know exactly what they should be doing
To ensure the Pharmacy operates at maximum efficiency.

Package and Benefits

* £55,000-£60,000
* Working 4.5 or 5.5 days per week

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* You will be required to show leadership to the team, encourage learning and development within it.
* Being able to coordinate, organise tasks and manage staff.
* Become a vital member of the pharmacy team and maintain a professional & efficient service to our loyal customer base in addition to maximising the potential business of the pharmacy.
* Mpharm degree
* GPHC Registration
