Clerical Officer - Covid 19 Vaccination Centre - Ardee

In partnership with the HSE I'm currently recruiting for a number of Clerical Officers to join the Covid-19 Vaccination Programme in Ardee, Co. Louth

THE ROLE:

* Provide clerical support to the nurses and vaccinators
* Daily reconciliation of the data from the covax system with pharmacy numbers
* Managing, planning an organising appointments
* Responsible for opening / closing of the clinic
* Responsible for smooth running of appointments / clinic
* Responsible for processing of patient information and data entry
* Creating reports and figures to determine the number of people due and the age cohort on a given day
* Managing patient forms / charts
* Dealing with members of the public and HSE staff
* Guaranteed 35 hours over 7 days
* 13.74 euro per hour + weekend rates
* Full time temporary position

REQUIREMENTS

* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* Must have excellent IT and excel skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Immediately available
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
