PRACTICE MANAGER FOR HALIFAX

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager who has knowledge within the Dental sector.

If you are dedicated to quality patient care and committed to excellence, this role may be perfect for you! We are predominantly an NHS dental practice providing a service to the local community. We have recently passed our CQC inspection, a well run and well lead practice.

Parking available on site

They prefer 1 -3 years dental experience but will consider without

Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Competitive salary dependent on Experience £25-33k
Key Responsibilities
• Day to day running of the practice, a fast-paced environment that requires a friendly and professional approach
• Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff
• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
• Compliance and upkeep of CQC regulations
• Management of both patient lists and UDA’s for clinicians as well as private targets and figures
• Financial management of the practice including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports and working towards a budget
• Management of all Non-Clinical staff including: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
• Working through patient feedback and implementing positive change. Dealing with complaints efficiently as per company policies.
Specific Skills
• Understanding of generation of income and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organised, disciplined with good management skills
• Friendly, flexible and highly motivated Be approachable and able to communicate well with all levels of staff and members of the public
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
• Well presented, reliable, honest and supportive
• A committed team player who will take on the responsibility for marketing the whole practice to the wider community
