Specialist or Special interest Endodontist Required in the Chislehurst area of Kent.

This Fully Private, high end practice, are looking to recruit for a Highly Motivated, Friendly, Efficient and Open Minded (willing to Learn and Improve/Innovate) Endodontist, to work in a brand new premium private practice in Chislehurst, located on the London/Kent border.

The practice will be opening end of June 2022

Working 1-2 Sessions a month. Fully Flexible on the days of work and Flexible on the hours to suit around the candidates commitments.
The practice have surgery space available from Monday- Saturday

Starting: June/July 2022

This is a squat practice, therefore the practice have heavily invested in Marketing , therefore this will help with the patients coming through the door and there will be a list of new patients waiting to be seen.

The practice will be applying for dental awards and will have a dedicated marketing and social media team, so great for dentists looking to expand their portfolio and social media presence.

The practice are looking to pay 45-50% remuneration depending on the candidate and if you are on the specialist list

This is a Fully private high-end and well equipped practice following best practice protocols. Located within a Prominent high street location within affluent area.

This practice Consists of 4 surgeries, fully equipped with Digital X-rays on site. This will be a luxury practice, kitted out with the most latest equipment, Adec chairs, Intraoral camera, Photo room, CBCT, Digital X-ray, Rotary Endo, Iapex locator and an iTero scanner.
State-of-the-art air filtration units, in all surgeries have at least 10 air changes per hour ,allowing the fallow period to reduce to just 10 minutes.

Full computerised using Software of Excellence.

Multidisciplinary team consisting of General Dentists, Specialists and Dental Hygienists

The practice will also have a TCO, Qualified Nurses and comprise of a team of specialist dentists from which a new dentist can learn a lot from.

Candidates must be able to
-Provide Quality dentistry, outstanding chair-side manner, good with anxious patients take their time with treatments and consultations
-Confident and competent with composite bonding and veneers
-Fully supportive environment working alongside experienced clinicians treating High Net worth patients

Essential requirements:
-Should have previous experience in private dental practice
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Exceptional communication skills
-An energetic personality and be able to perform the highest quality of dentistry in the most ethical manner
-Long-term commitment is essential.
-- Must have a portfolio
