UDA Rate: £16/UDA with accommodation

3 surgery practice, Kodak R4 software system
Parking on site

They offer dental Implants, minor oral surgery, endo and perio treatments, Facial aesthetics

All additional information will be discussed at an interview stage

2 Year commitment signing on bonus scheme to include one of:
1. Sign on bonus of £5000
2. £250 per month toward Company car for 2 years.
3. Contribution toward Accommodation up to the value of £500pcm for 1 years
4. Contribution toward childcare up to the value of £500pcm for 1 years
5. Health insurance for 2 years
6. Fixed private rate of 55% of total gross income
