Salaried GP Opportunity, Sittingbourne

The surgery can offer anywhere between 4 and 8 sessions a week and are flexible in regards to working days and are also able to be flexible on session start and finish times. Being a training practice there is opportunity to get involved in teaching and training as well as support on offer to develop interest areas. There is a stable and supportive team of Partners in place as well as an excellent team of Salaried GP's. The GP's are also supported by an excellent clinical support team including Paramedics, ANP's, HCA's, Practice Nurses and Pharmacists. Admin is also very well looked after by a highly competent clerical support staff including medical secretaries. This is a high achieving surgery with high QOF scores and a Good CQC report

Key Duties

* Seeking a Salaried GP
* Open to discussions re Partnership opportunities
* Anywhere between 4 and 8 sessions available
* Flexible on working days plus session start and finish times
* List size of circa 15,000
* Team of Partners and Salaried GP's already in place
* Team of ANP's, Paramedics, HCA's, Practice Nurses and Pharmacists
* Excellent administration team
* QOF score of circa 97%
* Good CQC report
* Purpose built practice
* On site parking
* Well managed workload of 15 triage calls per session plus slots for F2F appointments
* Visits done by Paramedic
* Duty doctor on a rota basis
* Training practice
* Support for development of interest areas
