Salaried GP Role, Maidstone

Please keep reading to discover more about an excellent training practice seeking a Salaried GP to join their team of existing Partners and Salaried GP's.

The role is at a high achieving practice with high QOF scores and a Good CQC report with some areas rated outstanding. There is a very supportive environment and opportunities to develop interest areas as well as get involved in teaching and training. The GP's are ably supported by excellent clinical and clerical support teams including Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses and HCA's. On the admin side of things there is a team of managers overseeing medical secrataries, record summarisers, administrators, GP PA's who do most prescriptions and prescribing assistants.

Key Duties

* 4 to 8 sessions available
* Working days and session times flexible
* Training practice
* Support on offer for development
* Excellent clinical and clerical support
* High QOF score
* Good CQC report with some areas Outstanding
* Purpose built surgery with on site parking
* Use Emis Web
* List size of circa 12,000
* Workload of circa 32 patient contacts per day, mainly triage with opportunity to convert to face to face
* Low home visits

* Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
