Salaried GP Job, Northampton

Excellent opportunity for a Salaried GP in Northampton to join a successful and growing practice, with clear routes for development in place including Partnership if desired. There are 6-8 sessions available for up to £11,000 per session, please read on for further details.

The practice, located just outside of Northampton, are now seeking a Salaried GP to expand its existing clinical team. They are well established and have undergone some recent growth, meaning that you are joining with future opportunities guaranteed including Partnership.

This is a successful training practice with fantastic staff retention, two of their Registrars went on to becoming Partners which is testament to this. The practice benefits from a purpose-built premises and modern facilities, operating using EMIS web. The clinical team is Partner lead and comprises of GPs, Nurses and ANPs, and is supported by a strong administrative team dedicated to different areas of the workload.

There are over 10,000 patients registered at present and the practice is supported by the PCN, though very self-sufficient with low levels of deprivation. Key Duties

* Face to face consultations allocated at the GP's discretion
* Early mornings or later evenings available
* Duty Doctor fairly allocated
* Regular clinical meetings with quick response turnarounds
