Part-Time Salaried GP Role, Cambridge

Fantastic opportunity for a 2-session Salaried GP to join a well managed practice just outside of Cambridge. The role will be to assist with duty Dr one day per week, alongside a skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary team.

* The practice, located less than 5 miles outside of Cambridge, is now seeking a Salaried GP to assist with the duty Dr rota once per week. As this role is for just 2 sessions per week, it is a great addition to your existing commitments.
* You will be seeing a mix of telephone and face to face patients, whilst supported by a comprehensive administrative team. The practice is small and family oriented, they provide primary care services to around 6,000 patients. The role would be suitable for all levels of experience as there are GPs on site to provide support.
* The practice operates from a single site which is purpose built and has ample parking on site. It is easily reached from Cambridge and surrounding towns. The practice welcomes informative calls and visits if you are interested in this opportunity.

Key Duties

* 2 Duty Dr sessions per week
* Flexible on the day
* System One (training can be provided)
* Low number of home visits
* Mix of telephone and face to face appointments
* Supportive clinical and clerical team on site
* Suitable for all levels of experience

Package and Benefits

* £10,000 - £11,000 per session depending on experience
* Up to £22,000 per annum
* Part time role, one day per week
* Sessions are 4 hours 10 minutes
* NHS Pension
* 6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
* 1 week CPD (pro rata)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* GMC registered GP
* Included on the NHS Performer's List
* Right to work in the UK
