Are you a looking for an opportunity to become a Lead Therapist

and grow your career in a new role providing much needed supports to people and families in Cork?

My client is seeking a Lead Therapist for their Cork services, providing intervention, bereavement counselling and crisis support to people and families affected by suicide and self harm. The Lead Therapist will be responsible for the management of the staff team, oversee therapy and clinical issues, and support management to ensure consistency in providing a quality service.

Terms:

* Location: Cork
* Salary: €58,800
* Hours: 40 hours per week (Evening and weekend work will be required)
* Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
* Annual Leave: 26 days per annum

Essential Requirements:

* Full accredidation with IACP, IAHIP, PSI, NAPCP or equivalent
* Two years supervisory or management experience
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office
* Experience working with a broad cross section of staff and professionals, across agencies/communities
* Experience with databases an advantage (e.g. Salesforce CRM)
