Clinical Education Specialist Role - DACH

On behalf of our client, a very well established and highly regarded medical device manufacturer, I'm looking for a Clinical Education Specialist to cover the DACH region.

In this newly established role, you will be responsible for training our new and existing customers on all of the client's surgical products. This includes product training and support pre or post sale.

Territory Details

* DACH

Key Duties

* Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams
* Share best practice as and when products are launched internationally
* New Product training
* Product re-training
* Schedule training with plastic surgeon's post sales to support their first 2-3 cases in theatre
* Provide input on updating educational material
* Field clinical questions from customers when necessary
* Record, communicate and track all visit
* Embody and deliver the "Exceptional Everyday"

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in nursing (RN)

Experience

* Preferred five years of clinical training
* Surgical training experience in a medical/OR/sterile environment required
* Theatre Access Certified
* Experience within 'train the trainer'
* Extensive travel throughout the UK and Ireland required

* Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrates trustworthiness, respect and integrity
* Must be able to schedule travel in the most efficient and effective manner to maximize time
* Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation.
* Possess a positive, proactive approach to solving clinical issues or technical problems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web tools.
