Fantastic only recently released Optical Practice Manager / Dispenser role now available in North Sheffield working with highly regarded and future focussed fully independent employer of choice!

The practice is beautifully presented with cutting edge technology and large every growling highly valued client base.

The role will require the successful applicant to oversee a small and already highly accomplished team of dedicated optics professionals whilst being proactive and enthusiastic to drive the business even further to higher levels of success!

You'll enjoy serving a varied client vase with access to a variety of beautiful high quality products including Lindberg, Tom Ford and Dior.

The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for luxury eye wear and want to be based in a high end working environment.

On offer is a negotiable basic salary dependent on experience up to c£32,000, profit share and superb career progression!

Key Duties

* Based within a fully independent practice overseeing small team of accomplished colleagues
* Usual working hours are 8:30am-5pm mid week and an earlier finish on a Saturday
* 1 in 4 Sundays and 2 in 4 Saturdays are most likely required for this position so opportunity to have 1 in 4 weekends off in full
4 or 5 days per week required
* Dispensing, fitting and adjusting frames
* Be an enthusiastic team player with a keen eye for fashion and eagerness to drive business ongoing
* Always have enough time to ensure patients receive a personalised service
* Become part of a friendly team of optical professionals

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician or highly experienced Optical Assistant who can dispense at all levels
* Ideally have previous experience in Management or have confidence and general industry experience to oversee a small team of professionals
* Right to work in the UK
