Dispensing Optician and Manager Job, North Croydon

We are currently recruiting for a Dispensing Optician to join a group of well-established high end independent practices based near Croydon on a full-time basis.

You will join a progressive and clinically minded practice, where the number one priority is to ensure maximum patient satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

The practice stocks a wide variety of designers frames and high-end lenses, while they have close links with local hospitals with regards to patient referrals and an excellent reputation in the local community which they serve.

Working alongside a highly experienced and personable team, this is an exciting opportunity to work in an well-established independent optometry practice to continue their on-going success.

On offer is a fully negotiable basic salary depending upon your experience and qualifications, all professional fees paid if qualified and the opportunity to have a real impact on a locally run business.

Key Duties

* Full-time role working Monday-Saturday with a day off in the week with no evening work
* Working hours of 9am-5pm with a shorter day Saturday finishing at 3pm
* Dispensing at all levels working with a wide range of designer frames and high-end lenses
* Well-established practice testing 4 days a week with a good reputation in the area
* Predominantly a private patient base but still see NHS patients
* Practice has close ties with local hospitals with a clinical focus
* Low pressured working environment
* Working closely alongside the business owner where you will have a real impact on the practice and have your voice heard
* Managing store KPI's
