Croydon Pharmacy seeking a Qualified Pharmacist to manage their store for a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Opening Hours:

* Monday to Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm
* Looking for someone to work a minimum of 35 hours per week

Key Duties

* Willing to be key holder/contacted in emergency.
* Safeguarding
* Declaration of competence
* Supervised administration (methadone/buprenorphine)
* Access to summary care records
* Hypertension case finding study
* Vaccinator
* Discharge medicines
* Smoking cessation
* Repeat dispensing
* Public health
* Passed all PQS requirements (respiratory, digital, prevention, variation in care, healthy living)

* Minimum earning potential based on 35 hours = £43,680
* Maximum earning potential based on 51 hours= £74,256

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
