A fantastic new vacancy has just come through for a Client Services Manager in North Wicklow.My client is a well known community based organisation who supports and empowers individuals with disabilities.

Permanent Contract

Salary: €48,209 - €56,299 DOE

Location: North Wicklow, less than 1 hours drive from Dublin

Main duty:

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for the management of a day and a residential service for adults with special needs, challenging behaviour, and severe to profound intellectual disabilities.

Requirements:

* Applicants must hold a QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care or foreign equivalent.
* Management qualification.
* Full clean Driver's licence.
* A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the Intellectual Disability sector.
* A minimum of 3 years Supervisory or Management experience.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budget and delivery of service excellence.
* Must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA Standards
