Optical Dispenser Opportunity, Cheadle

New just launched experienced Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician job Cheadle on full time basis working with a superb aspirational and fully independent practice.

Notably the business offers generous basic negotiable DOE with real prospects for progression to more senior roles long term in line with businesses ambitious future growth plans.

While you do not have to be a qualified Dispensing Optician to apply for this role, you will be comfortable dispensing at all levels where required and should be a self reflective highly professional individual with excellent communication skills.

The main focus of the practice is to offer in-depth, bespoke customer service in order to ensure maximum client satisfaction. To assist you achieving this goal the practice offers extended test times 30 - 60 minutes and an extensive produce range of both high end lenses and frames.

This is a rare opportunity in a fantastic location within Manchester and would recommend applying early to avoid disappointment.

Key Duties

* Maintain exceptional levels of client care and all candidates must be personable and be able to build strong rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
* Hold extensive product knowledge with real passion for optics
* The ideal candidate will in addition to clinical/commercial duties also be ambitious to take on senior supervisory responsibilities long term.
* The role offers general working hours of 9am-5:30pm with no evenings, Sundays or bank holiday working.

* Basic salary up to circa £28,000 DOE (if non qualified OA salary is up to c£22,000)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Qualified DO or years of proven optical dispensing experience
* Strong product knowledge including high end products
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for Optics!
* Must have right to work in the UK
